Our pork products come from the herald US Yorkshire pigs who’s known for their flavorful fat marbling.  The key to having good marbled cuts is feeding and caring for the pigs. Our pork is fed corn, wheat and soybean meal to enhance their growth, tenderness of the meat and also added flavor in the marbling.  We pride ourselves in making sure each farm we produce from, honor their pledge to animal care with humane and hygienic conditions.  Whether it be a Sunday BBQ or heading up a kitchen, we have the premium cut of pork you need to elevate each dish.
