Using nothing but the best imported pork belly, our bacon undergoes a trial of steps before meeting you at your plate. Cured for 2 days and then dried for 3 days so the flavors are more pronounced. We then double smoke this bacon to perfection with a combination of local Acacia hardwood and Cedar chips to give it a sweet smoky aroma you can’t miss when you open the packaging. Cut thick to minimize shrinkage when it cooks and to give it that beautiful crunch once done. Our Double Smoked Bacon is a testament to our artisanal spirit.
